Choose Your Hard - With Gratitude

Welcome to Choose Your Hard With Gratitude—the podcast where we believe your recovery journey should be as unique and fabulous as you are. I’m your host, Gail. For 20 years, my life was consumed by a gambling addiction. It wasn't about the money; it was about the chaos it inflicted on every moment. August 26, 2020, I placed my last bet. Since that day, I’ve built a life of honesty, transparency, and accountability. Addiction is hard. Recovery is hard. Choose Your Hard. I chose recovery, and that choice gives me gratitude every single day. It is through connection that we find we are not alone. When we share our stories, we find the support, the love, and the gratitude to make that choice every single day. Let's find support, love, and gratitude together. Join me now as we dive into another amazing story of recovery.
