Empowering midlife women through knowledge & community. How to age in health, power & beauty. What used to be ”that” time of the month is now THIS time of the month. Join host Dr. Béatrice Séguin, Ph.D, as she “brings experts to the couch” to have intimate, in-depth conversations about menopause and perimenopause, fashion over 40, relationships, and general women’s health issues from a variety of Canadian perspectives. Founded by Estra Media, this podcast and community empowers women. TTOM wants to redefine the narrative surrounding (peri)menopause and empower and help women understand that (peri)menopause is not the end of an era, but rather, the beginning of the most powerful stage of your life. There’s beauty in aging. Whatever beautiful means to you, This Time of the Month will help you find it and live it. Note: Posts not medical advice.
