Worried about your children going online? Do you know what they are up to? Who's messaging them? What they're watching? You're the parent/carer - it's your job to keep them safe, right? As a mum of triplets I know how tough it is, but I'm also sure we actually already know how to do it, we just need some pointers. So, each week I ask a guest what their motto for life is and how it helps them. Then we look at how that same motto can help us parent our children in the digital age. It's a short listen, packed with great ideas and tips to help you and your family on their digital journey. I'm Janette Ballard, former award-winning journalist, media literacy expert and, yes this should have come first, mum to triplets.
