I'm Not Holding Back: Alive & Awake

religion, spirituality · EN-US

Hi, I'm Lily Tallulah. Eight years ago my life was tragic. I was experiencing chronic anxiety and depression and my health was terrible. Then something amazing happened, I had a spiritual awakening and since that point my life has changed exponentially. Now, I am fully thriving, healthy and so in love with my life. What a fucking miracle. Well, tbh, it took a lot of feeling, healing and self mastery to get to this point. And I'm finally at that place in my life where I am ready to be my full authentic self and help you do exactly the same. I'm so tired of the BS that holds people back and I am here to help you overcome it. That is why, I AM NOT HOLDING BACK. So tune in weekly for a no BS podcast that lays it all on the line. Let's become who we were always truly meant to be. Lots of love, Lily x
