The Frequency You Hold

religion, spirituality · EN

This is about the brave, often isolating path that doesn't match the script our family or society wrote for us. And everything that can come with choosing differently: The doubt, shame & guilt ~ the pressure to get it right, on a path meant for more ease.I'm Lisa, NeuroEmbodiment® Coach, Somatic Kundalini Facilitator & Pranic Healer. In my work ~ the wisdom of the nervous system meets Kundalini energy. To support you in coming home to the deep self-trust that already lives within you. Understand what influences your frequency ~ and how to tend to it through the sweet & dark moments of life.
