Life Shouldn’t Hurt with Grant Fedoruk

health, fitness · EN

As a physiotherapist, he can help one person at a time, but with a national radio show, he can help thousands at a time. Grant delves into injury, pain, disease and disability with wildly inspiring guests every week. His ultimate goal is to help keep people moving as long as possible. A former hockey goalie, rugby half scrum, football wide receiver, soccer midfielder – he is a born competitor and strategist, who initially found his outlet in sport. Now, for nearly 25 years, he has redirected his unique energy, efforts and caring into managing the pain and injuries of his patients. He is certainly more stubborn than any of your injuries might be. From the clinic to the studio, his ultimate goal is to help people feel better and keep moving for as long as possible.
