I think you love your job more than me. My real-life rock bottom line is why this podcast exists. Welcome to Confessions of a Former Workaholic: The Journey to The Balanced Vision—the unfiltered space for mission-driven leaders who are ready to go from "Always on" to consciously owning your "off switch. I’m Lindsey Peterka: Human Systems Strategist, former consultant (10 years in the industry), and a recovering workaholic with 6.5 years of recovery under my belt. (And yes, I still struggle with it every day). Through raw stories and the science of nervous system regulation, we expose the over-working patterns and limiting beliefs keeping you trapped as a workaholic.
