Welcome to Story Behind the Artist, a podcast hosted by @alarabrowdesign, created to uncover the real stories behind the permanent makeup industry. Beyond the treatments, the content and the success you see online, this series explores the experiences that truly shape the people behind the work. From early challenges and business pressures to defining moments of growth and change. Whether you’re a PMU artist, a business owner, or navigating your own journey in the beauty industry, this podcast is here to offer honest conversations, real insight and a deeper look at what it takes to build a career in this space. Throughout the season, Lara will be joined by well-known artists and industry professionals to share their personal stories, the highs, the lows and everything in between. This is more than a beauty podcast. This is the story behind the artist.
