Just Great Yoga

health, fitness · EN

Tune in and bliss out to podcast vinyasa classes in stereo surround sound. No goats. No wine. No dance parties. Just great yoga to help you through these batsh*t times we're living in. Challenging sequencing; smooth, mindful pacing; a little humor, a little depth, and a sweet finish in savasana — everything you want from a yoga practice, anytime and anywhere you want it. We record class live with master teacher Jay Co, owner of yogaraj in Los Angeles and Mountain Sol Yoga in Mammoth Lakes. Jay has been leading public classes, adventure yoga retreats, teacher trainings, and group yoga experiences for private and corporate events for over 20 years. New class every Monday. Unlimited archive at JustGreatYoga.com 🙏🏽 OPTIMIZE: Just Great Yoga sounds fantastic over your phone or laptop speakers, but the experience is even better with headphones. We record in immersive stereo surround sound so you really feel like you're in the room.
