The Specialist Talent Partner For Energy & Infrastructure. At Element Six, we help companies make the hires they cannot afford to get wrong. Because we know the companies, technology, and people working across these markets, we can support hiring from specialist individual contributors through to the leaders building and scaling teams. Our work starts before the search begins. We help clients define what success looks like, understand the talent market, challenge assumptions, and build a search process around the people who can move the business forward. We also spend a lot of time speaking to the people building these industries. Our podcast series, Powering the Grid, Running the Building, and Powering the Cloud, share those conversations alongside what we are seeing in hiring and growth across these market
