We go behind the decks — and behind the egos — of creative teams shaping modern culture.Hosted by Christ Burstein (aka Los Cabra) from Berlin, the series dives into what really happens when art, chaos, and leadership collide: the tension between vision and burnout, creativity and structure, friendship and responsibility. From underground festivals to creative agencies, Christ talks with founders, artists, and producers about how they keep their crews together when pressure peaks — and what breaks them when they don’t.No PR polish. Just the raw process behind collective creation.
