Mums the Word Podcast 🎙️💜 Real mums. Real stories. Real conversations about maternal mental health. Mums the Word is a safe and honest space where we talk about the parts of motherhood that aren’t always spoken about. Through lived experience, professional insight and conversations with mums and guests, we explore maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, birth trauma, recovery, relationships, identity and the realities of becoming a mum. Hosted by Roisin, a Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Nurse, and Danielle, a mum with lived experience and co-founder of Mums the Word, the podcast was created to help break the stigma surrounding maternal mental health and remind women that they don’t have to navigate motherhood alone. Our aim is simple: to empower, support and educate — one conversation at a time. Because sometimes the most powerful words are: “Me too.” 💜 Sent from my iPhone
