Three youth pastors. One iconic town. Countless demogorgons, walkie-talkies, and questionable 80s decisions. Hawkins Youth Rally is a Stranger Things rewatch podcast hosted by Derry Prenkert, David Reed, and Scott Tinman - three youth pastors who actually lived through the 80s and now get to revisit it all with fresh eyes, pastoral instincts, and just enough snarky fun to keep things interesting. This isn’t just a recap show. It’s a mix of nostalgia, fandom, storytelling, and real-life perspective from guys who spent decades investing in students and now find themselves asking, “Wait… who was the real youth pastor in Hawkins?” Each episode, we drop back into the Upside Down one chapter at a time and break it down through a unique lens: • What still hits? • What doesn’t? • What feels different now that we know how it all ends? • And why does every kid in Hawkins seem one adult away from needing a youth group?
