Hosted by a breathwork facilitator/trainer with Alchemy of Breath, an intuitive, and cancer survivor, this podcast is a journey into healing, awakening, and coming home to the body. Season 2 dives deeper into my personal path through cancer, the unraveling of old identities, and the awakening that followed. Through raw storytelling, embodied wisdom, and mind-body teachings, I share what it truly means to face fear, release resistance, and trust the intelligence of the body. This space is for those ready to move beyond surface-level healing—into deeper truth, emotional liberation, and lasting transformation. Through breathwork, presence, and radical self-honoring, you’re invited to soften, listen, and remember who you are.
