Journey to Avernus

True crime captivates us because we want to know who did it, how they were caught, and whether justice was served. But what happens when they are the very people we trust to uphold the law—local law enforcement, judges, lawyers, and politicians? While we often associate state-sponsored abuse with other nations, these injustices have occurred on American soil for over two centuries. Join me inside Utah State Prison as I share my personal experience with legal abuse and modern-day injustice. Together, we’ll examine how public funds are sometimes weaponized to protect corrupt interests, silence dissent, and maintain the status quo.
